The original "Wangjing SOHO" was renamed "Yinfeng SOHO" on December 17, 2012. Yinfeng SOHO is located in the Wangjing B29 project at the intersection of Wangjing Street and Fu'an West Road in Chaoyang District, Beijing. It was acquired by SOHO China for 4 billion yuan in September 2009, marking Pan Shiyi's first land acquisition in Beijing in five years.
The construction land area of Wangjing B29 project in Chaoyang District is 48152.523 square meters, with a planned construction area of 392265 square meters, and the land use nature is "commercial and financial". The starting price for listing the plot is 1.5134 billion yuan, and the final bid price for SOHO China (a consortium of Beijing Xinmu Century Investment Management Co., Ltd. and Xingrun Industrial Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of SOHO China) is 4 billion yuan, with a premium rate of 164.3%. The calculated floor price is 10197 yuan/square meter. This project will be positioned as the first "gateway" landmark building for entering Beijing from the Capital International Airport, the tallest building in Wangjing, with a planned height limit of 200 meters.
