Grassroots treatment | The base layer should be solid, free of floating ash and dirt, with a moisture content of less than 10%. To avoid foaming of putty, it is necessary to apply a 50% diluted steel reinforced concrete interface agent twice with water. After the interface agent is dry, the putty can be scraped, and the foaming phenomenon can be significantly improved. For special base surfaces that are prone to foaming, if foaming still occurs after applying the wall concrete interface agent, a thin layer of putty can be scraped with force first, and then the putty can be scraped normally immediately, and the foaming of putty can be greatly eliminated. |
Scraping and leveling | The thickness of each batch of putty should be greater than 0.5mm and not exceed 1.5mm, and the total thickness of each batch should not exceed 2mm. If the thickness of one batch is too thick, it is easy to cause drying shrinkage and cracking. If the leveling thickness is greater than 2mm, a powder batch should be used to level and brush gypsum for plastering and leveling first. The putty leveling should be done in a semi dry state (without deformation when lightly pressed by hand), or after curing, it should be polished and leveled with sandpaper. |
