Reference dosage | Mixing and scraping | The amount of water added is about 30%, and the actual consistency is subject to the construction requirements. Mix evenly with specialized tools, let it stand for 3-5 minutes, and then stir again before use. The leveling of the wall is usually done two to three times. After the first layer of putty surface is dry, proceed to the next process,. Scratching thickness exceeding 2mm should be done in batches, with each batch not exceeding 2mm in thickness. Scratching too thick can lead to drying shrinkage and cracking. |
Grassroots treatment | The substrate and surface should be solid, smooth, clean, free of oil stains, wax, and other loose materials. The moisture content of the wall should be less than 5%. If the wall is smooth or loose, (interface agent) should be used for interface treatment. After it dries completely, putty powder can be applied. | |
