Reference dosage

The theoretical consumption value of the product is 1kg/m ² (scraped twice, with a thickness of about 2mm), and the actual usage may vary depending on the flatness of the wall.

Mixing and scraping

The amount of water added is about 30%, and the actual degree is subject to the construction requirements. Use a specialized tool to evenly distribute the fat, let it sit for 3-5 minutes, and then mix slightly before use. The leveling of the wall is usually done two to three times. After the surface of the first layer of putty is dry, the next process can be carried out. If the thickness of the putty powder exceeds 2mm, it should be scraped in batches, and the thickness of each batch should not exceed 2mm. If the thickness is too thick, drying shrinkage and cracking may occur.

Grassroots treatment

The substrate and surface should be solid, smooth, clean, free of oil stains, wax marks, and other loose materials. The moisture content of the wall should be less than 5%. If the surface is smooth or loose, (boundary agent) should be used for interface treatment. After it dries completely, putty powder can be applied.

Construction temperature

The construction environment temperature should be above 5C, and the curing process temperature should not be lower than 0 ℃.

Storage and transportation

Store in a cool and dry place to prevent exposure to lakes. The product has a shelf life of 12 months, is non-toxic and non flammable, and can be stored and transported as non hazardous materials.
