Grassroots treatment | The grassroots should be solid, free of floating ash, and dry. |
stir | 1. When mixing, water should be added first, followed by powder. The actual amount of water added should be based on the construction consistency; 2. After stirring evenly, let it sit for 5-10 minutes (extend the storage time appropriately in winter), and then stir again before use. |
Joint filling | 1. For deeper holes and cable trays, it is recommended to fill them in stages and wait until each filling is dry before proceeding to the next construction. 2. The filled holes and cable trays should be reinforced with mesh cloth, and then leveled with putty to prevent cracking |
matters needing attention | 1. This product is strictly prohibited from being mixed with other gypsum powders. 2. The construction environment and curing process temperature should be above 5 ℃. 3. The prepared product should be used up within 1 hour. |
