Usage and precautions
1. Put an appropriate amount of powder into a mixing container, add an appropriate amount of water, and quickly stir into a slurry.
2. Mix the powder to water ratio of 1: 0.30 quickly to form a slurry. If there is water leakage in the wall, the mixing time should not exceed 3 minutes, otherwise it will solidify. After solidification, do not add water before use.
3. Non permeable surface construction: Use a scraper or trowel to scrape the raw materials twice according to the method of scraping putty, with a dosage of about 1kg/m2 for each pass. Each pass should be compacted as much as possible, with a total dosage of 2-3 kg/m2 and a thickness of about 1-3mm.
4. Construction of seepage surface: Use prepared materials to quickly scrape and apply, following the same procedure. If necessary, dry powder can be used for waterproofing. During construction, attention should be paid to wiping off the exposed water edge and scraping materials, and the scraping should be repeated until there is no leakage. If necessary, the thickness of each construction pass can be increased.
5. Leak sealing construction: Mix the materials evenly at a ratio of powder to water of 1:0.28, knead them into a ball, slightly harden them, and then insert them into the leak hole to compact them, and then scrape them flat.
