The CCTV Tower, located at No. 11 West Third Ring Middle Road, Haidian District, Beijing, China, covers an area of 15.4 hectares and has a height of 405 meters. It was first built in January 1987 and opened to the public in October 1994. It is a comprehensive building that integrates broadcasting and television transmission, tourism, catering, and entertainment.

The Central Television Tower consists of a wharf square, a setback corridor, a tower base, a tower pedestal, a tower body, a tower tower, and a mast. The shape of the tower is unique, with a double eaved tower base in the style of a prayer hall; Rising from the ground to 223 meters, the cylindrical radius extends outward by 10 meters, forming a palace lantern shaped tower. Adopting the integral pouring method of concrete can meet the building requirements of resisting earthquakes of magnitude nine.

In September 2000, the Central Television Tower was named one of the "Top Ten Buildings of the 1990s in Beijing".

In April 2024, the first and second floors of the CCTV Tower will undergo a round of upgrading and renovation. In the future, this will become the first Suning Yijia MAX super experience store in Beijing, with an area of 20000 square meters.
