Beijing Radio and Television Station (English name: Beijing Radio & Television Station， English abbreviation: BRTV）， Established on May 31, 2010. Established through the integration of the former Beijing People's Broadcasting Station, the former Beijing Television Station, and the former Beijing Beiguang Media Group Co., Ltd., it is a bureau level public institution directly under the Beijing Municipal People's Government. There are currently 17 functional departments and 30 business centers, with multiple wholly-owned and equity holding enterprises under its jurisdiction. Its business covers program production and broadcasting, advertising management, copyright operation, financial investment, cultural tourism, e-commerce, healthcare, education and training, and other fields. There are currently 10 television programs, 7 radio programs, as well as new media platforms such as "Beijing Cloud" city level technology platform and "Beijing Time" and "Listen to FM" in Taiwan. The three satellite channels of Beijing TV, Beijing Radio and Television Kaku Children's Channel, and Beijing Radio and Television Documentary Science and Education Channel cover a total population of 1.2 billion, 1 billion, and 700 million respectively.
